4 LABOURERS REQUIRED ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

* Clearing and preparing construction sites before work begins.

* Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.

* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

* Supporting skilled workers such as carpenters, bricklayers, and plasterers.

* Mixing and applying materials like cement and mortar.

* Holding or moving materials in place as instructed.

* Digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and assisting with groundwork.

* Erecting temporary fencing and barriers as needed.

* Wearing correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

* Following health and safety regulations and site procedures.

* Reporting any hazards or incidents to the site supervisor.

* Previous experience in construction is beneficial

* Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks and work in all weather conditions.

Skills:

* Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.

* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

* Good time management and reliability.

* CSCS card

* Manual handling and first aid training (preferred)
