Job Title:                              Site Manager                                                    

Location:                             Cheltenham       

Salary:                                  £250 - £320 per day

Hours of Work:                0730 – 1930  Monday – Thursday, 0730 – 1500 Friday

Type:                                  Freelance circa 10 weeks

Start Date:                        Immediately

A well-established specialist Building Services contractor now require a Site Manager to oversee a project on a retail store in Cheltenham.

Duties

Overseeing M&E trades
Managing Health & Safety on site
Daily reporting
Associated site paperwork

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

SMSTS
CSCS Black Card
3 day First Aid
