An exciting opportunity has arisen for Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with 4 years of experience to join a well-established legal firm, offering excellent benefits.

As a Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will oversee all aspects of a case in dispute resolution department, from initial consultation to final resolution. This role offers hybrid working.

You will be responsible for:

Manage a varied caseload of contested probate claims.
Oversee other commercial and civil litigation matters, including professional negligence and construction disputes.
Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.

What we are looking:

Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.
Minimum 4 years experience in litigation work.
Proven track record of strong billing.
Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
