Maintenance Manager

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 (based on experience)

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively delegate tasks to a team of Engineers to minimize production disruption.

Ensure timely completion of all Pre-Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.

Maintain buildings, plant, and facilities to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing proactive support and solutions as needed.

Manage maintenance purchasing requirements, including capital forecasts.

Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.

Oversee new projects from design to full installation and handover.

Collaborate with the management team to drive operational improvements and enhance product quality and production output.

Liaise with other departments, customers, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Possession of a full driving license.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Proven experience in maintenance management or engineering roles.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to £50,000.00 per year

Full-time position - 39 hours per week Monday-Friday.

•             Holidays 20 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing after 1 years’ service.

•             Bonus – 1 full financial year gets 5% of annual salary

•             Long service award 1 Year 1%, 2 Year 2%... Up to 5% for 5 Years - Additional £50 a year after

•             Pension Gov 3% company 5% personal
