360 Recruitment are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of electrical systems within our operations. We are offering a salary of £40,000 with an attractive shift schedule designed to provide a balanced work-life structure.

Shift Pattern:

Week One:
Sunday to Wednesday – Day Shift
(Start times: 6am, 8am, or 10am)
(10 hours per day)
Week Two:
Sunday to Tuesday – Day Shift
(Start times: 6am, 8am, or 10am)
(10 hours per day)Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Ensure electrical systems comply with safety and quality standards.
Work with the engineering team to improve system performance and reliability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and production line machinery.
Ability to diagnose faults and resolve issues quickly.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and shift patterns.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
