Location: Fulham, next to Barons Court Station, W6 8HL
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Batch Cook to join our team in Fulham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing large quantities of meals in a timely and hygienic manner, ensuring that all dishes are delicious and ready for distribution or sale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys cooking and is looking for a part-time position with a set schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals in large batches according to set recipes and standards.
* Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized before, during, and after cooking.
* Manage kitchen inventory and report on supply needs.
* Package and label cooked meals for easy distribution.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
* Work efficiently to meet cooking and preparation deadlines.
Schedule:
* Part-time:
Mondays and Thursdays, 3 PM to 7 PM
(with flexibility to finish by 6 PM based on work efficiency).
Salary:
* £200 per week.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a professional cooking environment, with a focus on batch or bulk cooking.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
