Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Administrator/Order Processor to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally over the phone and via email.
Process all bespoke and standard orders accurately, ensuring they meet customer requirements and adhere to internal guidelines.
Monitor orders from start to finish, keeping customers informed of any delays or issues.
Generate customer-specific quotations and assist with technical drawing.
Maintain and develop an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered.
Provide technical advice to fitters, showrooms and clients.
Uphold quality and customer service standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Collaborate with the team and undertake any necessary duties as required.
Carry out general administrative tasks as needed.The ideal candidate will:

Have exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
