A fast-growing consultancy in Essex is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Project Management Team. Specialising in the Education and Healthcare sectors, this dynamic firm delivers a wide range of construction, mechanical, and electrical projects, including new builds, fire door renewals and cladding replacements.

The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Managing project finances to ensure cost control and adherence to budgets
Leading the tendering process, including document preparation and contractor selection
Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management
Conducting valuations, risk assessments, and financial reporting
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive successful project outcomes
Cover Essex home county, some travel to London and other UK areas if required. The Ideal Candidate
