Role Overview: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring high-quality personal care for residents. You'll support clinical duties, manage shift handovers, and contribute to the training and supervision of new staff. Building relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare teams is essential.
