As the Manager of Strategic Enablement within the Operational Effectiveness (OE) team, you'll be a key player in optimizing end-to-end business processes. Shape and influence strategic initiatives, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with our clients strategic goals. Whether leading a team or running projects, your work will be essential in delivering strong results and elevate customer, employee, and agent time within the business
The role
* Identify opportunities and issues through root cause analysis, and engagement with stakeholders across multiple teams, business teams & processes.
* Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, engaging key stakeholders to gain buy-in for implementation where appropriate. Initiate and implement multiple mid-complexity improvement opportunities.
* Lead impact assessments, as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives.
* Take ownership and influence the end-to-end execution of operational components for initiatives of mid to high complexity, impacting the broader line of business. This includes monitoring benefits, managing risks, scheduling, implementation, and maintenance.
* Evaluate tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas for automation.
* Identify process gaps using KPIs and conduct data and reporting analysis to address them.
What we’re looking for?
* Degree Educated
* Relevant business process management experience.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
* Experience leading and managing complex projects.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
