RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – TRADES & LABOUR
About the Company
We are a dynamic, award winning Recruitment Company who specialise in the Construction and Facilities Management sectors throughout the UK. Formed in 2020 we have had a fantastic start to our journey and we are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Manchester Team.
We currently operate from 2 locations in South Manchester and York and are looking to expand our footprint further.
About the role
This is a position where you will be required to source Trades and Labour Construction professionals for our clients for temporary positions. As such having experience working within the construction sector would be preferred but is not essential. If you have worked in a different sector placing candidates into fast paced sectors on a temp basis and handling high volume accounts this would also be considered.
This would be a 360 role and so would incorporate client meetings, business development and also resourcing suitable candidates, although support off a resourcer is available but having worked in a 360 role previously is essential.
About the candidate
The successful candidate will require the following skills:
* Recruitment experience, ideally in trades and labour;
* A good phone manner;
* Good Organisational skills;
* Hard working;
* An ability to build relationships/rapport;
* Strong admin skills.
