Never too soon to be looking for seasonal/Christmas/holiday work! We require temps to fill numerous Cleaner and Estate Operative roles role in busy residential luxury apartment buildings based all over London. As an Estate Operative you would be responsible for ensuring that the developments are kept, clean, tidy and well maintained. Depending on the specific site, duties may include litter picking, graffiti removal, pressure washing, undertaking minor repairs, changing light bulbs, moving bins for collection, garden maintenance, and reporting any defects to your manager. The job is varied and therefore needs candidates who are proactive, can demonstrate initiative, and are able to work well within a team. Cleaners will be looking after internal and external communal areas of the development and your main duties will include vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping of corridors, staircases, reception, lobby, sweeping, litter picking, and assisting with rubbish collection. You should also be of smart appearance, physically fit, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and be able to communicate effectively.
