A globally renowned manufacturer of engineered castings is now seeking an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer / General Operative to join their team.

Your role will be mixed, working on the shop floor in mechanical assembly as well covering the spray team whenever they are short. The business is suffering when sickness, annual leave or an influx in work is current, because they lack skilled cover.

The Industrial Paint Sprayer will:

Surface Preparation: Meticulously prepare surfaces for optimal adhesion.
Paint Application: Use airless paint sprayers to apply coatings evenly on metal components.
Quality Control: Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes that meet industry standards.
Inventory Management: Maintain paint shop inventory and supplies.
Mechanical Assembly: Build units using hand tools, working to engineered drawings

The ideal Industrial Paint Sprayer will:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of industrial painting preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in airless spray pumps and epoxy coatings.
Attention to Detail: Precision mattersThis role is starting on a temporary basis, converting to a full-time permanent position in a business that offers genuine longevity and an excellent career path.
