About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to the co-founder. This role is perfect for an individual who is early in their career but exhibits exceptional adaptability, a strong work ethic, and a keen ability to learn quickly. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior staff, gaining exposure to various tasks and responsibilities while growing your professional skill set.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars
* Handle basic correspondence (emails, calls, memos) on behalf of the co-founder
* Assist with project coordination and tracking progress on tasks
* Organise and maintain digital filing systems
* Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed
* Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
* Assist in event planning and coordination
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality
Skills
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
