Role: Project Manager
Location: Heathrow
Type: 15-month contract, £525/day (inside IR35)

Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager for Tranche 5, you will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle for the non-baggage infrastructure supporting Heathrow's new T2 Baggage Handling System (T2BHS). You will report to the Tranche Lead and work with the client and Tier 1 suppliers, promoting a collaborative "one team" approach. Key tasks include:

Leading construction sequencing, phasing, and constructability reviews.
Developing integrated delivery schedules.
Managing package managers for disciplines (CSA, MEPh systems, etc.).
Overseeing structural modifications, external link bridge construction, and service diversions.
Managing MEPh, BMS, security, and fire safety installations.
Ensuring safety and health best practices on site.
Setting and tracking project objectives, budget, and schedule adherence.
Supporting design management, procurement, and commercial teams.
Desirable Skills:

Prior experience with Heathrow and baggage systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Civil3D, BIM360, Bentley MicroStation 3D, and Point Cloud.
Large infrastructure project experience.
