What our client offers:

* Travelling to customer sites across the UK and international to include the USA, Europe and occasionally Asia.

* Full training is given, you will shadow an experienced engineer for the first 2-3 months to gain hands-on experience both at customer sites and on the manufacturing floor.

* Carry out maintenance, fault-finding, installations and commissioning.

* Attending machine servicing and maintenance schedules.

* Fault find, diagnose and problem solve issues.

* Updating records

* Being the face of the company and providing first class customer service.

What we are looking for:

* Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

* Strong customer service focus with a commercial mindset

* Self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload independently

* Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (a must!)

* Bonus points for electrical and PLC knowledge

* A natural problem-solver who thrives on fixing things

* Highly organised with solid admin and computer skills

* Full, clean driving licence required for travel- must be 25 or over for insurance purposes on the company vans.
