JOB TITLE: Events and Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent (mainly working from home)

SALARY: £25ph to £30ph (could be negotiable)

TERM: Ongoing temporary cover

HOURS: 37.5hrs Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)

START: Immediately

Office Angels are proud to be working with this dynamic and innovative events company in recruiting for an Events and Marketing Manager to lead their Marketing team. This brilliant employer offer predominantly home working, flexible working hours to fit around your home/family life, all with the support of an established team. As this is a temporary role you must be available almost immediately.

This role is pivotal in establishing and growing their Marketing function, encompassing digital marketing, event organisation, and long-term strategy development.

You will be responsible for:

Creating and implementing marketing strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Developing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Leading and coordinating marketing activities and teams across the UK to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and website management.
Optimising our digital presence to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and convert leads.
Managing and analysing digital campaigns to measure performance, identify trends, and making data-driven decisions.
Planning, coordinating, and executing industry events, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
