Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of £25 million per annum and is looking to grow! Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, Bristol and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £10m.

About the Role

We are collaborating with a specialist RC Frame and Groundwork Contractor currently generating £25 million in annual revenue, with ambitious plans to scale up to £50 million.

With over a decade of industry experience, our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in this expansion. This position requires a dynamic professional capable of both securing new contracts and accurately pricing projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a substantial income, benefiting from a lucrative bonus structure on both existing client work and newly acquired business.

About the requirements

* Proven track record in Estimating and winning new business with an RC Frame and Groundwork Subcontractor

* 5+ years’ experience working as a Senior Estimator

* Good knowledge of the RC Frame and Groundwork Industry

* Have a strong connections with contacts to engage in new business

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum.
