Site Agent – What you will be doing:
As a Site Agent, you will lead and manage high-profile projects within our client’s Infrastructure Business Unit. From contract award through to completion, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll report to either a Contracts Manager or Project Manager and will be responsible for resource allocation, budget control, and maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Site Agent – Key Accountabilities:

Lead and manage site staff efficiently.
Report on budget control and project milestones.
Implement and monitor safe working systems and compliance with safety policies.
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and Environmental systems.
Manage all aspects of project delivery and communicate progress effectively.
Supervise Sub Agents and General Foremen, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Provide indirect supervision to Site Engineers, Foremen, and Gangers. Site Agent – What our client can offer in return:
