The Role:

Detail-oriented Business Analyst to manage customer schedules, analyse demand against MRP systems, support materials planning, and provide key insights to optimize supply chain efficiency.

What will you be doing?

* Download schedules from customer portals.

* Analyse customer schedules against current demand on MRP system.

* Prepare schedule comparison analysis to present to management team.

* Support schedules buy of process through SIOP.

* Load demand to MRP system.

* Laise with materials team and planners to ensure material delivery profile supports customer demands.

* Analyse customer demand is in line with material re-order points.

* Awareness of market conditions and build rates in industry for key customers.

* Support manager on weekly reporting activities on KPI’s.

What will you bring to the party?

* Microsoft Excel, formulas, pivot tables and charts.

* Microsoft PowerPoint, ability to articulate data into key executive summary.

* Competent on MRP system.

* Competent communicator with management level and customers.

* Commercial awareness.
