Job Role: Workshop Manager

Location: Corby

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a manufacturer based in Corby, who are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join their team.

Job Duties:

Oversee the day to day running of the workshop
Report to the Operations Manager
Manage a team of 10-15 staff (Fabricators & Welders)
Create and deliver presentations and meetings
Communicate with sub contractors, various departments and employeesJob Requirements:

3 years experience in a Senior role
Steel experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
IOSH Managing Safely
Level 5 NVQ or equivalent in a similar disciplineSalary & Shift:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
