Sales Office Administrator Responsibilities:

Processing orders accurately within agreed timescales and inputted on company system
Liaising with a wide range of UK and international customers
Organising the despatch of sales orders of customer base ensuring all relevant documentation is in place
Investigating and resolving queries
Maintaining end-of-month administration duties
Supporting wider teams with account management and handling
Liaising with additional internal departments
Providing product and brand knowledge to effectively support all customers
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in a similar role
Export documentation experience
Confident communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
Good attention to detail
