Sales Executive 

Must have experience within Plumbing and Heating, whether as a trade or commercially

Location: Enfield

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE plus bonus

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

To provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit

Maintain current client relationships and develop those accounts further

Respond to new enquiries and build that relationship

Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that our customers’ expectations are not just met but exceeded

Work with efficiency and accuracy – often under pressure

Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service

Possess excellent customer service and sales skills both in person and on the telephone

Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:

Experience within a sales/customer focused role would be ideal
Experience/knowledge within plumbing and heating is essential 
Experience on a trade counter would be beneficial
Must be hungry, driven and full of energy
Must have a team spirit - working together is crucial
