Job Title: Warranty & Service Administrator

Overview:
Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Warranty & Service Administrator to join an established Agricultural Dealer based in Stratford Upon Avon.
This part-time role involves managing warranty claims, maintaining service standards, and performing general administrative duties within the service department.
What do I need?
* Strong administrative skills and proficient in IT
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a good technical understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and preparing warranty repair orders, including all necessary forms, and supporting materials.
* Maximizing warranty returns from manufacturers by accurately tracking warranty work, credits, and associated paperwork.
* Managing manufacturer warranty payments, returning warranty parts, and reconciling warranty schedules.
* Keeping accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions for goodwill claims.
* Ensuring service records are up-to-date and accurate.
* Building and maintaining relationships with other staff, manufacturers' representatives, and other key contacts.
* Overseeing the warranty process in line with health and safety standards.
* Handling general administrative tasks, including managing calls, invoicing, and time recording.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, with 25-30 hours per week
