Flux Consulting have partnered with a dynamic and ambitious building consultancy that has experienced consistent year-on-year growth, and show no signs of slowing down! We are looking for a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team in Norfolk.

Within your role as a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be expected to;

* Provide expert cost consultancy services across multiple projects.

* Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

* Manage contracts and procurement processes efficiently.

* Support junior team members and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

The ideal applicant for this position will possess;

* Experience working for a building consultancy is essential.

* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (desirable but not essential).

* Proven experience across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.

* Live within a commutable distance from Norfolk.

* Open to travel nationwide when required (though most projects are local) so driving licence is essential

* Willingness to support and train junior team members.
