Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm and 9.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis

Location - Feltham, Middlesex
Salary - £27,000 per annum + benefits
Our client is looking for a full-time, permanent customer service administrator to join their small friendly office team.
A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy business located in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their recent success has lead to further growth for the business.
Duties for the customer service person will include :
• Processing quotations for customers
• Dealing with queries coming into the business regarding products and pricing
• Co-ordinating orders with the warehouse team
• Chasing delivery details
• Filing paperwork
• Ensuring an excellent level of service is consistently provided
• Dealing with customers and supplier enquiries on the phone and by email
• General administration duties
• You will need to have a proven track record within an office based customer service administration environment with strong attention to detail.
• You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner and experience of dealing with customers over the phone.
Good Microsoft office skills are a prerequisite although training will be provided on products and software systems.
*** Experience of product part numbers and stock systems in a customer services / sales administrator role is preferable***
