Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting an SME, based in Bracknell, in their search for a Payroll Manager on a 6 month contract basis.

£45-50,000 per annum
Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead the transition of a number of separate payrolls in to existing processes
Automate and improve process for calculating sick pay
Suggest improvement and increase efficiency of current payroll processes
Manage third party relationships with group companies
 Skills and Experience include:

CIPP Qualified or Qualified-by-Experience
Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Process improvement background
A strong team player who is willing to actively work across the team, adopting a can-do and flexible attitude, supporting colleagues and sharing workloads
