Earning Potential:
Year 1: £50k OTE
Year 2: £70k OTE
Year 3: £85k-£90k+ (top performers exceed this)

What you’ll do:
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
Pitch software solutions via online demos and phone calls
Hit and exceed targets in a high-energy B2B sales environment
Work closely with your team to drive success and share best practices
Earn commission from day one, even during your training period
What we’re looking for:
B2B sales experience (essential), ideally in tech or SaaS
A self-motivated, resilient approach
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong planning and prioritisation abilities
A competitive drive to exceed targets
