Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? We're looking for a proactive Housing Officer to support residents, manage tenancies, and tackle anti-social behaviour.

Your Role:

Provide support during emergencies and incidents.
Manage anti-social behaviour cases, working with the council, police, and other agencies.
Ensure efficient re-letting of properties and support new tenants.
Advise residents on housing options and tenancy matters.
Conduct tenancy checks, resolve issues, and take enforcement action where needed.
Support vulnerable residents, coordinating with partner agencies.
Build strong relationships with residents, community groups, and external partners.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of social housing law and tenancy management.
Experience handling tenancy issues and resident support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused approach with great organisational skills.
