Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum DOE plus car / car allowance

Our client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking a dedicated Health Safety & Environment Advisor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor the Safety Health and Environmental Management system, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
Create and deliver HSE training programs to promote a culture of safety across all departments and projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company, client, and legislative requirements, recommending improvements as needed.
Manage and investigate incidents, close calls, and near misses, ensuring thorough documentation and analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Oversee key HSE data for accurate trend analysis and response development.
Develop and promote occupational health and wellbeing campaigns within the business.
Assist the HSE Manager with health and safety input into tenders, pre-qualifications, and the implementation of the business strategy.Why Join?
