About the Role

As a Panel Beater at our MG Cannon Gloucester site, you will play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Working in a dynamic team environment, you’ll use specialist body repair equipment and assess the best repair methods to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Repair and replace body components to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

* Use specialist equipment and assess repair methods to deliver the best outcomes.

* Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer repair standards.

* Collaborate with the team to meet site targets.

* Maintain quality and attention to detail in all repairs.

* Keep a clean and safe work area, following health and safety guidelines.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:

* Proven experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background.

* Strong technical skills in panel beating techniques and equipment.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

* Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently.

* Problem-solving skills to assess and repair damage efficiently.

* ATA/NVQ qualifications are preferred, and we support renewing these to enhance your expertise.
