What We’re Looking For:
The perfect candidate will bring:

QTS/PGCE/Cert Ed or another relevant teaching qualification
Experience working with students of different needs and goals, using strategies to help them succeed
A solid grasp of the National Curriculum
Strong communication and organisational skills to keep lessons flowing smoothly
The ability to build great relationships with students and staff
A knack for fantastic classroom management that keeps everyone on track
