Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable cleaners to work in the Warwick and Rugby areas. This is a fantastic temporary, ongoing role for individuals who take pride in maintaining pristine spaces.

Position: Cleaner

Location: Warwick & Rugby areas

Hours: 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shifts: Morning: 6:00/7:00 am to 2:00/3:00 pm and Evening: 2:00/3:00 pm to 9:00/10:00 pm

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour (plus holiday accrual, paid weekly)

Employment Type: Temporary, ongoing

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in restrooms, offices, and shared spaces.

* Keep furniture, fixtures, and equipment dust-free and orderly

* Vacuum, mop, and ensure floors meet hygiene standards

* Empty bins, replace liners, and manage waste disposal

* Ensure glass surfaces sparkle and enhance the site’s appearance

* Replenish restroom and break room supplies as needed

* Adhere to cleaning protocols for consistency and quality

Requirements:

* Previous cleaning experience is essential

* Attention to detail

* Complete tasks efficiently and within designated time frames

* Ability to work unsupervised and follow clear instructions

* Perform repetitive tasks and occasional heavy lifting

* Must live locally or have access to private transportation, as public transport options are limited

* Must commit to Monday–Friday availability, with no pre-booked holidays for the first three months
