A highly respected architectural practice in Canterbury is looking for an experienced Architect to join their talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious projects, including residential, commercial and heritage developments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage projects from concept to completion.
Develop creative design solutions that meet client briefs and project goals.
Prepare detailed design proposals, drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and industry standards.
Contribute to the development of design strategies and best practices.Requirements for the role of Architect:

ARB registered with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Excellent design and technical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
