We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team in, Coventry. This is an ongoing position that requires excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class service to customers and supporting our client's daily operations.
Hourly Rate: £14.00 (Dependant on experience)
Hours: 28 hours (3.5 days) raising to 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, Flexible on hours.
Location: Coventry (Hybrid once fully trained)
Duration: ASAP start, long term temporary role
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
Process third party orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Manage parts logistics and inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
Enter orders into the system and update customer profiles as necessary.
Delivering a world-class service to customers through effective verbal and written communication.
Updating internal records and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, with a solid understanding of administrative processes.
Proactive thinking and a positive attitude towards work.
Experience with SAP is beneficial.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail.
