Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support services, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Set up, configure, and maintain PCs, mobile devices, printers, and IT infrastructure.

Deliver remote and onsite IT support, ensuring minimal downtime.

Assist with network administration, cybersecurity measures, and system updates.

*

Implement data security solutions, including backups and antivirus management.

*

Train employees on IT best practices to improve workplace technology efficiency.

*

Manage external vendor relationships for IT procurement and services.

*

Keep up to date with emerging technologies to enhance IT support solutions.

IT Support Engineer Jobs - Skills & Qualifications

*

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

*

Proven experience in IT support roles, ideally in a multi-site environment.

*

Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and network configurations.

*

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.

*

Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

*

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
