Job Title:** Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

* **Responsivities:**
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with in-depth knowledge of Reinforced concrete Frames and Structures.
• Liaising with Pre-construction and Construction teams to build-up and review Tenders.
• Evaluating and acting upon tender information and developing an appropriate bid/procurement strategy with other team members.
• Obtaining quotes and Procurement of materials, suppliers & sub-contractors.
• Competent in estimating.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities and Take-offs.
• Preparing and delivering Cost Value Reconciliations to Senior Management.
• Project Cost Control.
• Managing Project-specific financials, from reviewing contracts to Final account stage.
• Knowledge and experience working with NEC & JCT contracts.
• Dealing with contractual and legal matters that arise on the projects.
• Liaising with clients on a regular basis to secure future projects.
