Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Supervisor/Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.

What the job will be doing

* Provide technical support to the housing services team in respect of planned and cyclical maintenance work

* Carry out dilapidation surveys and property business reviews in order to identify defects and hazards

* Produce and provide site specific Health and Safety and Risk Assessment documentation
