Data Analyst
Location: London SE1, on-site 5 days a week
The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

The Role

Experis Academy are seeking a Data Analyst working for a global organisation on a full-time, initially on a temporary ongoing basis.

People have multiple identities within the data platform. These identities are asserted at various points during the processes and are all associated to an owning person. Applications will then use these identities and the associated biographics as part of their processing.

We experience a 'Merged Identity' issue when the identities for more than one individual are linked together. This then leads to the data from separate individuals displaying under one profile. There are numerous reasons this can arise.

To fix such issues, the current IBM Level 2 team apply a data fix to resolve the underlying issue and split the individuals apart. This is done with direction from which identity belongs to which individual. Identity Operations (IDOps) are currently the client-side team responsible with providing this direction before a final approval is provided by the Common Services Data Platform (CSDP) approval prior to actioning.

Essential skills required

A minimum of 18 months experience in a Data Analyst role.
Excellent problem solving, teamwork skills and collaborative skills.
An eagerness to learn.
Interest in developing and delivering leading edge technologies.
Ability to work in high-pressure scenarios.
Understanding of data tools such as; Postman, graph visualisation software.
Additional skills that are beneficial

An understanding of Business processes around enrolments and immigration history would be a big bonus.
Experience using any of the following: Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Zabbix and Dynatrace, Graph UI, Kubernetes and Docker, Amazon Web Services, Linux, LDAP
