? The Role: As a Management Accountant, you will be the financial cornerstone of this school, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial processes. Your role will involve:

* Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support our educational objectives.

* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

* Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline financial operations without compromising on quality or educational outcomes.

* Compliance & Audit: Ensure the school adheres to financial regulations and policies, preparing for internal and external audits.

? What We’re Looking For:

* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

* 3 years experience in a similar role, managing a team of 6

* Experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or public sector

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders

* A passion for contributing to the educational environment and making a difference in young people's lives

? Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive market salary in the range of £40,200 - £49,200 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
