Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who is seeking to support their growth plans and increase client engagement.

Principle Responsibilities for the Marketing Executive:

* Collaborate with our external marketing agency to achieve marketing goals.

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, paid advertising, email).

* Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager to analyse results and guide the marketing team.

* Research and promote the value of the client's membership using materials from the groups and third-party providers.

* Report on campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Person Specification:

* Enthusiastic about all types of marketing with a solid understanding of marketing theory.

* Understanding of CRM technologies to enhance client service measurement and targeting.

* Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).

* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.

* Two years of experience in a marketing role is desirable.

This is a full-time permanent Marketing Executive position, offering an annual salary of £24,000 - £28,000
