Sales Administrator

Location: Teesside

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Our client, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their friendly small team at their Teesside branch. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the internal and external sales team, contributing to the smooth operation of the sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
Manage general sales enquiries and provide accurate information to customers
Process quotes and sales orders efficiently using software such as Microsoft Excel, and word.
Assist with on-site testing and handle data processing
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
Resolve customer issues with a high level of customer service
Collaborate with internal and external sales representatives, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient order execution
Undertake general office administration duties as requiredSkills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
Self-motivated and able to work with initiative
IT literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
