A fantastic opportunity with a boutique wealth/asset management firm based in the City of London.

The business is continuing to evolve and we are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their centralised Ops team. You’ll join a small, agile environment and support a multi-product business with a primary focus on Trade Support and Settlements.

You’ll be given significant autonomy and have the chance to learn/develop and work with senior stakeholders. You’ll also join a collaborative, supportive environment that offers excellent exposure to operational efficiency.

*The business promotes a hybrid work policy. There will be a requirement to be in the London office x2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

* Book trades into the internal systems, custodian platforms and monitor settlement cycles.

* Perform asset reconciliations including for physical stock holdings.

* Support to ECM placement of deals by processing transactions and monitoring of the settlement cycle to ensure capital raised is remitted to the corporate client promptly.

* Monitor business activity booked at Tercero Platform Services.

* Work closely with the client onboarding function to ensure client data is accurate for MiFID II reporting.

* Work with IT in projects to improve Operations processes.

* Ensure procedures and policies are accurate and up-to date.

What experience we're looking for:

* Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience in financial services.

* A keen interest in investment banking, trading, operations and wealth management.

* Preferably knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities.

* Experience in trade bookings, reconciliations and assisting with corporate actions.

* Strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset and interpersonal skills.

* Passion, drive and a desire to learn.
