We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales & Lettings Negiotiator.

There are two opportunities here, one 8-month FTC and one 12-month FTC.

The role is 35 hours per week.

This role will require previous experience in the Housing sector dealing shared ownership, legislation, leasehold and service charge. This will be based at a site in Waltham, Surrey.

Day to day duties will include:

- To manage leads quickly, consistently, and efficiently as well as measure their source to evaluate effectiveness of each activity

- To be responsible for Shared Ownership sales performance and any other sales related products offered by the company

- To deliver sales for individual developments to ensure reservations achieved from plan and stock • Carry out viewings

- To build and maintain a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders including the Sales & Marketing team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, Local Authority, Service Charge team and Housing Management on all sales-related matters

- To closely monitor and efficiently manage sales leads ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction consistently, ensuring key documents are returned by both buyers and solicitors to ensure sale complete on time

- To have the ability to explain to customers - service charges, estate charges, ground rents and the responsibilities and obligations associated with purchasing a low-cost home ownership home

- To keep sales to tight timeframes for processing

- To demonstrate full knowledge of development its location and promote to potential purchasers

The candidate will require a driving licence with business insurance
