An excellent opportunity to join a Social Housing provider to assist in the management of tenants' rent accounts.

Working proactively to reduce rent arrears and help tenants manage their resources in order to prevent and reduce arrears.

You should have a proven track-record in working in Social Housing and dealing with rent accounts.

Duties will include working with tenants to reduce their arrears, setting up payment plans, collecting former tenant arrears, preparation of documents for 
Court and attendance at Court
