Mobilisation Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a maintenance contract at the very start of the contract following the completion of the tender process.

The mobilisation of a new building can be frustrating and demanding but ultimately when done correctly is highly rewarding and is a great addition to your CV.

This role is not for the faint hearted, you will need to be involved in the asset capture and verification, condition surveying, snagging and contractor management. In addition to this there will be ongoing fit out work as the new tenants of the building move in.

You will be joining a one of the most recogised maintenance brands in London with a service provider who has continually been awarded maintenance contracts over the past forty years.

Responsibilities of the Mobilisation Engineer

* Site set up and mobilisation of the maintenance contract

* Asset capture and verification and warranty management

* Defects and Snagging management

* Set up of PPM regime and O&M manuals

* Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

* Managing the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services

* Providing in depth technical support to the landlords engineering team.

* To become the Approved Person on Electrical and Mechanical systems

About You as the Mobilisation Engineer

* Electrical Qualified Engineer, ideally apprentice trained

* Electrical biased with Multi-Skilled experience

* Steady and progressive work history

* Experienced in Managing or Supervising large scale building services applications

* Desire to progress in your career

This is going to be a very busy commercial office facility, there will be a full resident engineering team put in place eventually with full management backup and administrative support.

The hours are 08:00 – 17:00
