Building Control opportunity within an RBCA based in Manchester

Introduction

We are currently working with an RBCA who are looking to recruit a Principal / Senior / Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the Manchester area, and the projects will be tailored to suit the Surveyors home location.You will need:

Ability to manage a variety of projects, both residential and commercial.
Knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
The ability to provide a client-led service.
A proactive attitude when dealing with current clients.
In the Process of getting registered at a class 2 / class 3.
Full UK driving license.

Working conditions / environment:

Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.Salary / Package:

The Salary will range from £55,000 - £75,000 + £3,000 - £4,000 Car Allowance + 45p per mile + Private Health Care + Pension scheme + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
