Resident Electrical Engineer - Static

£35 - £40,000 per annum

Permanent static electrical maintenance engineer position available, working at a static site in Birmingham City Centre working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position will suit an experienced electrical maintenance engineer, with commercial maintenance experience, that wants to take responsibility for a site, working as the sole on site electrical engineer.

As the engineer on site, you will carry out ppm and reactive maintenance on lighting, power, emergency lighting, AHU’s and FCU’s. You will also be happy to carry out other maintenance duties such as basic plumbing and basic building fabric maintenance Other responsibilities will include sub-contractor management on site.  Qualified to level 3 status (either City and Guilds or NVQ), and some experience of the facilities industry would be an advantage.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £35 - £40,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Opportunity to boost earnings via overtime is also available.
