We are working with an established Mechanical & Electrical Contractor, to assist with their search for a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer in Newton Abbot.

The contractor have Commercial & Domestic projects in Devon & Cornwall, and you will be expected to carry out the following duties;

* Install, service, and repair heating systems, boilers, and plumbing fixtures.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.

* Work on a variety of projects including domestic, commercial, and new-builds.

* Ensure all installations and repairs meet health and safety standards.

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and courteous approach at all times.

* Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

To be a suitable candidate for this vacancy, you will need to have the below requirements;

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).

* Gas Safe registration (preferred but not essential).

* Proven experience in plumbing and heating system installation, maintenance, and repairs.

* CSCS Blue or Gold Card

* IPAF (Preferred but not essential)

* SSSTS (Advantageous)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Full UK driving license.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
