What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Sourcing and screening candidates for roles within the construction sector
✅ Building relationships with clients and understanding their recruitment needs
✅ Managing the full recruitment process from job advertising to candidate placement
✅ Negotiating contracts and handling offers
✅ Hitting and exceeding sales targets to earn fantastic commission!

What We’re Looking For:
? A motivated and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic
? Excellent communication and people skills
? Sales experience or a background in construction is a bonus (but not essential!)
? A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
? Resilient, confident, and results-driven
